Workflow

The Workflow Designer tool has been designed to allow you to create and manage your own workflows within the system. We always recommend that you design your workflow on paper or a flipchart first, as it is very difficult to do this from scratch in the system without first clarifying what is needed.

For each new workflow, you need to consider the following steps:

• Planning the workflow.

• Setting up roles. (details on how to set up roles coming soon)

• Creating document templates.

• Creating email templates.

• Creating online forms.

• Creating the workflow in the system.

• Setting up workflow triggers.
