Create, close and carry holiday years

For each holiday year cycle, you can:

• Create new holiday years

• Close a holiday year and carry over holidays

• Recalculate close and carry

Find out how to create, close, and carry holiday years, via Action > Group Actions.

Group actions only display once a group of employees has been selected. Use query builder or one of the options in Menu > Show to select a group of employees.

You can use the close and carry function up to 30 days before the first day of the new year following the year you want to close and carry for.
