HR

Enhancements

  • UI System Property: we have removed the ability to switch back to the old UI (Admin > System properties). We are no longer supporting this look and feel and as such we are stopping any customer or user from switching back to it.

  • Absence Durations - Cancel: an improvement to the behaviour of the Cancel button on the absence durations (summary) screen.

When selecting Cancel, it now returns the user to the previous page and also now remembers the data that was entered for some fields.

The data remembered will NOT include tick boxes or any documents that had been added.

Fixes

  • Team Activity - labels: a fix has been applied to the standard dashboard chart Team Activity where it wasn't always showing all the labels.

  • Adding queries to reports with duplicate names: A fix has been applied to IRIS Cascade reports when adding a query using the fields Duration and Duration minutes from the HOLIDAY screen.

Adding these two fields would cause an error as the internal database ID of the fields were the same.

Payroll

Enhancements

  • Gender Pay Gap Report: updated to not include leavers in relevant tax year.

  • Integrate Salary and Pay: new option to integrate all salary changes, allowing multiple changes of salary to be integrated into payroll with Pro-Rata calculations.
