We have made improvements to the search boxes, on the Directory, Org-chart and Awards screens, and how they display results.
We have also added a 'daisy wheel' to indicate when the system is busy returning results.

When requesting a Sickness, if the request is set to Open Ended, this is now displayed correctly when viewing the absence pop-up from the Inbox on the home page.

On Calendar, when you select a date, the start and end times from the users working calendar is displayed. This has been added to give the user information about their working day.

Attendance records added on working days with a duration of zero were not appearing on the Calendar. This has now been fixed.

We have fixed an issue that caused a duplicate image tag to appear in Directory when a user has no photo. This makes the information clearer for assistive technology such as screen readers to access and read.

If an employee marked as a favourite on Directory leaves the business, they will be removed as a favourite.

The data on the Home page is refreshed when an absence is submitted using the entitlement widget. Previously it was not showing the request that had just been created.

Fixed a bug causing previous month's payslip to be downloaded if payment date was the same as today's date.

Working days on date picker: Date picker on Add to calendar now shows the users working calendar. Working days are displayed in black, non working days in grey.

Event details: When an absence was less than a full day, it was still showing as Full day on Home > Event details. It will now show the correct hours and minutes booked.

Add to calendar validation improved so that if no category is selected, Send is unavailable.

We've also investigated reports that Send was not available when it should be. We have been unable to replicate this issue and but as a result of the investigation we have made the following changes:
-
The Time option will only be available in the On or from section.
-
When On or from is set to Time, the Date to is set to the same date and made unavailable.
-
When the On or from is set to Half day (morning/late start), Date to will still be available.
-
When a non working day is selected a message will inform the user.
-
When On or from and Date to are set to the same time, Send is unavailable.
-
Validation message are now removed when they are not relevant.
-
When Time is set with an incorrect amount, Send is unavailable.

Organisation chart
-
When viewing the Organisation chart in landscape mode, the grey header bar would not move when scrolling. This has now been fixed.

A fix has been applied that allows the current user to remain logged in and able to navigate the system if a 404 error appears.

Arrow characters were appearing over the employees name in the top node of the Organisation chart, when in Simple view on smaller devices. This has been fixed.

A graphical fix has been applied to the navigation arrow in the Organisation chart.

Bank holiday name: When you select a bank holiday in the Calendar, the name of the bank holiday will show in the context menu .
Absences across two entitlements: When booking an absence that crosses over two entitlement years, the entitlement summary for both years is shown, allowing you to see the effect of the absence on each entitlement year.

Entitlement widget: Entitlement widget was not showing hours and minutes. This has been resolved.

The following changes have been made to the absence booking form:

Heading changed to Add to calendar.

Date pickers modernised to allow text to be entered and automatically formatted to a date, for example; tomorrow.

Time based absence booking now possible if the category or employee record uses hours and minutes.

New entitlement summary added underneath the date selectors.

Entitlement validation message updated.

Date and person blocking rules have been added to the validation.
-
Ability to change Date format to allow dates to be entered in a US or international format.
Select your Date format in User menu > Settings and accessibility > Language and localisation.
