Fixes
-
On the Awards page, after searching for and selecting an employee, it was impossible to change your selection without reloading the page. We have now added a 'X' (cross) that allows the employee to be removed and another selected.
-
We have fixed an issue with accepting or rejecting a Study/Exam leave request when selecting either button did nothing. This only affected MyCascade, the same action in IRIS Cascade HR worked as intended.
-
Accessed from the homepage, we have added pagination to the See all inbox messages and tasks screen to help with the viewing and loading of data. Note: This screen is limited to the last 100 records.
June

Enhancements
-
When viewing employee screens in My Details, we have added links, or more commonly known as Breadcrumbs (hyperlinks), to the top of the page to help users return to the previous page.
Fixes
-
When viewing a screen in My Details, if a field has a large amount of text it will now all be visible to the user.
May

Enhancements
-
When viewing the list of screens in My Details, if a screen is set to be seen in the user's profile but the option Available for self service (found in screen designer) is not ticked, then the screen will re-direct the user back to IRIS Cascade HR.
-
The right-hand date field on the inbox has been changed to show the 'Last updated' date. This has been changed so the most recently edited record appears at the top.
-
On the homepage inbox list, we've added the year to any notification that isn't in the current year. This has been done so it's easy to see older messages.
April

Enhancements
-
In My Details, we have removed the italics from the field names and column headers to align with our standard IRIS designs.
March

-
Employee screens visible in MyCascade: We have made available the employees screens by way of a new menu option called My Details.
The list of screens available will be set by the Profile assigned to the user so it will match what they see in Cascade.
The screens are only available in a read-only format. The ability to edit/request changes to these screens will come in a future release.
Certain screens will need to re-direct the user to Cascade as these need more additional functionality adding. These can be seen by way of a re-direct icon to the right of the screen.
February

Enhancements
-
Dealing with a request with no authorisation route: An enhancement has been made to the absence booking form.
If a user tries to submit a request and there's no authorisation route setup, the user will be displayed a message explaining why they can't proceed.
Fixes
-
Prevent Booking shows wrong message: A fix has been applied to the error and warning messages that appear when a user tries to book over their entitlement.
We've standardised the messages and removed a duplicate.
-
Handling null value for Known As field: A fix has been applied to the comments box description if a user doesn't have a Known As entered. It displayed undefined instead of defaulting to the users Firstname.
-
Text is exceeding the comment box placeholder: A fix has been applied to the comments box, when text without spaces was added, and it then overlapped the comment box.
January

Enhancements
-
Added the ability to deal with absence requests: it is now possible to Accept/Reject absence requests from the MyCascadehomepage after selecting the inbox link.
If you have access to deal with a request, line managers for example, you'll see the Accept/Reject buttons at the bottom of the absence pop-up box.
We have also added comments made by the requestee and the ability to add a comment that will be sent back to the employee.
Fixes
-
MyCascade booking warnings spacing: we have fixed a small alignment issue on the absence booking pop-up where the warnings were appearing incorrectly.
-
Absence pop-up subcategory alignment wrong: we have fixed an issue on the absence pop-up box where the subcategory was incorrectly aligned.
