HR

Enhancements

  • Customised MyCascade name: The IRIS Cascade user menu now reflects any value changes to made to MyCascade in System Properties > Text Customisation.

  • Improved pagination

    • New style of pagination across all employee list screens, allowing you to load a set amount of records rather than just the next 15 records or all records.

    • Improvements to how data is returned from the database, meaning records load quicker.

    • New loading indicator to show that data is being retrieved.

  • Preferences dashboard chart: The dashboard chart Configure - My Preferences has been removed, as it uses Theme options no longer needed in the new Cascade UI.

  • Training in the next 7 days chart: Small text change to Training in the next 7 days dashboard chart. No of delegates column changed to Delegates.

  • Absence category: The title in Absence details now shows the selected category of absence.

     

Fixes

  • MyCascade integration: Holidays booked in Cascade > Book a holiday were not appearing in MyCascade, this has now been fixed.

  • Dashboard chart wording: When All Employee I Can Access was selected in My Preferences, 'I Can Access' was duplicated in the title of these charts:

    • Chart - Days Lost Per Month

    • Chart - Days Lost Per Year

    • Chart - Team Headcount Status

    • Chart - Team Activity

    • Chart - Team Sickness Summary


Payroll

Enhancements

  • New starter checklist warning: Improved warning list now gives warnings for all missing new starter information, allowing you to complete all missing information at one time.

  • Integrating overtime > Cut off date: Added ability to apply a cut off date when integrating overtime.

  • Payment After Leaving: Remove button added to Payment After Leaving, allowing you to remove previously added elements without starting the process again.

Fixes

  • Unpaid periods: Fixed an issue that was causing unpaid periods to be included in Average Holiday Pay Calculation.

  • Expenses+ > Country ID: Country ID sent by IRIS Cascade changed to allow mileage to be calculated from home address in Assure.

  • Employees not shown in Auto Enrolment Opt-Out Due Employees were not showing in Auto Enrolment - Opt-Out Due if they had moved companies. We have added a step by step guide detailing how to fix this issue: Make employees available to opt out after company move

Fixes and enhancements

  • Update Vehicle Mileage Scheme: Background colour made consistent on Update Vehicle Mileage Scheme dialog in Admin > Vehicle Mileage Schemes.

  • Standard dashboard charts: Visual improvements to standard dashboard charts in HR, Payroll, Training, and Recruitment.

    These changes are visual only. This will not affect the functionality you are used to.

  • Tables in dark mode: All dashboard tables now display correctly in dark mode.

    This applies to tables only, some other chart types are still displayed as white in dark mode.
