IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 — June 2024

The following updates were made to IRIS Financials during June 2024:

Install IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223

Use IRIS Autoupdater to install the ALL_IRIS Financials_Build 2223_CLIENT General Release.abp and ALL_IRIS Financials_Build 2223_SERVER General Release.abp packages.

New Features

Bank Reconciliation

Matched transactions or those with partial matches can now be kept when reconciling bank transactions.

To update transactions, but keep those already matched or partiality matched, select REFRESH AND RETAIN.

Fixes and Updates

  • Improved security updates
  • When using Reset in Media Exporter, the period state in enquiry screens now displays as Done
  • Exported enquiry details now display group totals when rows are expanded
  • Standard filtering now applies to the User Field columns on detail enquiries
  • Allocation now displays the correct currency type, when it is different from the default, for transactions posted to nominals not linked to a ledger
  • The Pay Category column now only displays on payment run results when the profile is set to use categories
  • Filter fields and data now displays correctly when running a Ledger List using an Analysis Field containing a slash character (/) in the name and a Period Range
  • Errors no longer display when saving a nominal linked to a nominal Analysis Field Set that is set to Not Required
  • Undefined role no longer displays against selected roles in Security for accounts
  • When a document is written off with allocation, it now posts with the correct date when Allocation High Date settings are applied
  • The Limit for Results on Document Enquiry criteria, now defaults to the maximum value of 200 if a larger value is entered
  • Error message displayed when a value entered in a Analysis Field for an account is not correct, now displays the name of the analysis field that must be updated

  • Period states are now displayed on the Period Maintenance screens and are used to manage access to periods
