Link Document Types to Input Forms

After adding a document type, for transactions to be entered, it must be linked to the relevant input forms.

  1. Select Documents, then select UDI Settings.

  2. Find and select the document type.
  3. Select Input Forms, then ADD NEW.
  4. Select the relevant input form.

    If more than one input form is needed for the document type, repeat steps 3 and 4 for all required input forms.

  5. To set which user groups have permissions to use the input forms, select each input form, then select all relevant groups.
  6. To set the input form automatically selected when the document type is selected:
    1. Select General.
    2. In Default form, select the dots ..., then the relevant input form.
  7. SAVE the details.
  8. Link the document type to the relevant ledger.
