Link Document Types to Input Forms
After adding a document type, for transactions to be entered, it must be linked to the relevant input forms.

Select Documents, then select UDI Settings.
- Find and select the document type.
- Select Input Forms, then ADD NEW.

Select the relevant input form.
If more than one input form is needed for the document type, repeat steps 3 and 4 for all required input forms.
- To set which user groups have permissions to use the input forms, select each input form, then select all relevant groups.
- To set the input form automatically selected when the document type is selected:
- Select General.
- In Default form, select the dots ..., then the relevant input form.
- SAVE the details.
- Link the document type to the relevant ledger.
