Use the all jobs list

The All jobs list gives you an overview of your workload. You can filter, customise and save the view, with the option to switch to the Production board.

Bulk actions on all jobs

There are several actions that you can perform in bulk that are available on the All jobs list.

  1. Go to Work > All jobs and use the check boxes to select the jobs you wish to perform a bulk action on.
  2. Go to the Actions drop-down menu and select the bulk action you need. You can:
    • Change date - this option will allow you to change the job date in bulk.
    • Cancel jobs - you can cancel several jobs at once.
    • Uncancel jobs - if you cancel jobs by mistake, no need to worry - you can uncancel them via the All jobs list too.
    • View as client list - all the clients that are selected on the All jobs list will be displayed in a Client list format instead.

Switch to the board view

  1. Go to the List drop-down and select Board.

Job summary

The Jobs summary is a graphical view of all current and upcoming jobs in progress on your workspace. It can be useful for getting an at-a-glance look at your practice's workload within a given time period.

  1. Go to Work > Jobs Summary.
  2. From here, you can filter the graphical view to show certain types of job, and also set a particular time period to view.

Set where jobs appear in the Jobs summary

  1. Go to any job template and select the Dates tab.
  2. Choose a key date from the Date for reports dropdown list. By default the reporting date is set to be the same as the job date.
