Start an ad hoc job

Jobs do not have to be a part of a service, there is also the option to complete a job on an ad hoc basis.

You can configure a brand new job to use on an ad hoc basis or choose from one of the existing job templates.

  1. From the Clients menu, select Clients list.
  2. Change the client list view to either Active clients or a custom view that includes all relevant clients.
  3. Select the Jobs / tasks tab and select Start ad hoc job.
  4. Select which Job you want to start.
  5. Set the job date. If you don't select one, a default job date will be applied.
  6. Select Start job. The job will be added to the Jobs section of the Work tab.
