Add smart tasks
Product subscription required: IRIS Elements Practice Management Professional
Smart tasks are added in Jobs.
- Select the Admin settings cog icon.

 - Select Jobs.
 - Select + Add job.
 - Go to the Tasks tab.
 - Select + Add task.
 - From the Type of task drop-down, select Smart task.
 - Add a meaningful Title.
 - Go to the Automation tab.
 - Add up to two auto-completion events.
We've created a full list of supported auto-completion events:
 - Save the task and job.
 
The job is now available when creating jobs for a client.
