Known issues with migrating to IRIS Elements

This topic lists any outstanding known issues that are affecting migrations into IRIS Elements, together with any workarounds available. You can also view the Platform Known issues in IRIS Elements and fixed issues.

We are actively working to resolve these issues and will release fixes as soon as possible.

Keytime Accounts Production	There have been some errors identified in mapping between Keytime and Elements codes. You may notice figures being migrated into a suspense account or figures migrating into an account without a description.
Missing director	Director is missing or unavailable for use in Accounts Production despite the director being linked to the business.
