Special characters used in Clients IDs are causing issues with migrated data. |
The use of any of the following characters will cause an issue when migrating data into Elements. Please check your Client IDs and remove if possible. <, >, ', ",& |
|
| Keytime Accounts Production | There have been some errors identified in mapping between Keytime and Elements codes. You may notice figures being migrated into a suspense account or figures migrating into an account without a description. | |
| Missing director | Director is missing or unavailable for use in Accounts Production despite the director being linked to the business. | |
| Error Type 2 | During some migrations, tax returns did not always migrate successfully. However, they may have appeared in the Tax widget in IRIS Elements. If you tried to access these returns, you may have received an error message. A fix for this is in development and will be deployed in the coming weeks. | |
| PTP Accounts Production- Accounts Posting | An issue occasionally arises where Account Postings are wrongly reported as having failed to migrate. To check this, go to the Client record and then Recent Accounting Periods, go to the Source Data tab and check your Trial Balances. If the correct data is there, you can safely ignore the migration failure message. If the data has not migrated, please contact our Support team. |
