When adding PSC relationships, selecting the Nature of control was not working as expected. This has now been fixed and displays correctly.

When editing the Supervisory body in practice details, any changes made reverted back to the default. These are now correctly saved.

IRIS Elements Anti Money Laundering (AML)

When amending an existing ID check (such as editing the risk level or next due date) a grey overlay was displayed rather than the applicable edit dialog. This has now been corrected and the applicable dialog displays successfully.

When uploading an AML document, you were previously unable to upload a .JPEG file. This file type is now accepted.

When uploading an AML document, you can select an Expiry date from the calendar. Once selected, the data incorrectly displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format. This has now been corrected to display in DD/MM/YYYY format.

Risk assessments were randomly listed by expiry date on the Risk assessments widget. This has now been changed to the assessments already expired, or expiring first.

For businesses, the AML checks section includes a list of all people with a relationship to the business. We have improved this list to exclude anyone who is inactive or marked as excluded from AML.

  • The default sender code for text messages has been changed from Dev to Accountant. Sender code can now be changed by the user, up to 11 characters long and alphanumeric A-z, 0-1 including spaces.

  • Some customers had experienced issues synchronising relationship data to and from IRIS Accountancy Suite. This has now been fixed.

  • When importing from CSV, once imported, when attempting to add relationships to a sole trader, no relationships are available for selection. This has now been fixed.

When creating a business using the Companies House lookup tool, the business address was not being saved to the client record. This has now been fixed.

When creating client records for non-clients, it is now possible to add contacts and add addresses in the same way that you can for clients.
