Migrate from the original IRIS Elements to the new platform

The original IRIS Elements is no longer supported. You need to migrate to the new platform to continue getting the best experience.

You should have received an email with instructions on how to migrate to the new IRIS Elements.

It's important you don't purchase or trial the new version of IRIS Elements without following the migration process.

If you have not received an email, your code has expired, or you cannot complete the migration, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required).
