It's important you don't purchase or trial the new version of IRIS Elements without following the migration process.
Read this topic to understand how your renewal date, billing frequency and payment method may change in the new version of IRIS Elements.
Migration and your renewal date
You can migrate at any point in your billing cycle. Unless your current product renewal date coincides with your migration date, your current product renewal date will change.
Your discount code for IRIS Elements Anti Money Laundering
You should of received a discount code for your new anti money laundering product - unless your migration date coincides with your renewal date. This code applies a discount for your new version of IRIS Elements Anti Money Laundering.
The code is calculated based on:
- how long you have left on your subscription
- the amount you've already paid towards your subscription
- your payment schedule
Your discount code can only be used for the new version of IRIS Elements Anti Money Laundering.
Contract length and billing frequency
Your contract lasts for 12 months in the new version of Elements and will begin when you pay for your new product. You can choose to pay monthly or annually.
IRIS Elements Anti Money Laundering Checks are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis and are invoiced monthly in arrears.
Payment
You can pay for your new IRIS Elements subscription by card or Direct Debit.
