Changes to expect in the new platform

It's important you don't purchase or trial the new version of IRIS Elements before we invite you to migrate.

Changes to AML

We've made a few improvements to AML in the new platform:

  • AML documents are now uploaded in the AML tab of a client record.

  • AML Usage is now called AML Checks. You'll need to subscribe to this in the IRIS Elements Marketplace once you've migrated.

  • A new widget has been added to the homepage to show details of in progress risk assessments.

Changes to the Elements platform

  • On top of the phone support you're used to, IRIS Elements users have access to the IRIS Support Community so you can raise support tickets online.

  • You can trial or subscribe to products like Tax or Practice Management at any time through the IRIS Elements Marketplace.

    Don't trial or subscribe to any IRIS Elements products until you've migrated. Doing so could cause problems with your migration.

  • The new platform is being improved and developed all the time. Read our What's New and Coming Soon pages to see recent and upcoming release information.
