Enhanced ID check with PEPs and sanctions monitoring

Integration with Veriphy™

As part of the ongoing improvements to our range of ID checks, we are replacing our standard electronic ID check:

  • Electronic ID check will be replaced by ID check with PEPs and sanctions.

  • ID check with PEPs and sanctions will include 12 months of ongoing PEPs and sanctions monitoring as standard, removing the reliance on one-off PEPs and sanctions checks.

  • Change in provider to deliver a consistent experience across all ID checks.

FRS 102 Periodic Review early adoption

We are adding the option to early adopt the FRC 2024 Periodic Review amendments for periods starting before 1st January 2026, using the cumulative catch-up method.

The amendments will automatically apply to periods starting on or after 1st January 2026.

  • Consistent design across every form.

  • Change forms will show only the fields that have changed.

  • Adding the ability to go back and amend details without re-entering information.

  • Improving the resubmission journey to make it simpler to resubmit forms rejected by Companies House with fewer errors.
