Edit your profile
Use My profile to manage your personal details for IRIS Elements:
- Choose how your name displays within IRIS Elements
- Change or reset your password
- Switch on and manage multi-factor authentication for your account
If you are using the trial version of IRIS Elements, personal details cannot be edited.
To edit your personal details:
- Go to Your account, then select My profile.

Add or change the details as required.
To personalise your name on the dashboard, enter the relevant details in Known as.
- Save changes.
Did you know?
If you have integrated your email provider with IRIS Elements Practice Management, you can set up your practice email in your account.
To set up your practice email address, the email configuration option must be activated by your IRIS Elements administrator.
