Add clients

Records must be created for every prospect or client you work with. They can be added as individuals, businesses, or trusts. The type of client determines what functions are available on their record — for example, on the Dashboard tab of a business client you have the option to add a corporation tax return; for an individual client, it's a self-assessment tax return.

  1. From the Clients menu, select Add client.
  2. Choose the Status and the Client type of this record:
