Edit an existing practice role

All fields can be edited for an existing practice role. However, the Account Partner and Account Manager roles can only have their descriptions edited.

  1. Either:
    • From the cog icon on the top menu, select Settings then Configure practice roles. .
    • From the required client record, select the Information tab, then the Practice roles sub-tab. Then select Configure.
  2. Edit the details as required.
  3. Select Save.
