The figures in the client accounts are primarily derived from the values in the trial balance. These are entered on the Trial balance tab of the client accounts. There are 3 ways to enter trial balance data:
Manually enter trial balance data into accounts - manually enter each line of the trial balance directly into the accounts via the Trial balance tab.
Paste trial balance data copied from another location - if you have an existing trial balance, such as in a spreadsheet, you can copy it to the clipboard, then import.
Import trial balance figures from a client's bookkeeping app - you can connect to your client's bookkeeping application and import a copy of their trial balance data.
