If you have your trial balance figures in a spreadsheet (or similar) you can copy the figures (including the account code and description) and paste them directly into IRIS Elements Accounts Production.

Go to Clients > Client list and find the required client.

On the Accounts widget on the client dashboard, select the required accounts.

On the Trial balance tab, select Paste TB from clipboard.

On Paste Trial Balance Data from Clipboard, paste your copied content, then select Validate.

The pasted data is displayed. You may need to add any missing mappings by typing in the Mapped to box. Select the matching code from the list. Repeat for all missing entries, then select Update.
