Stop Automatic Top Up Payments

Automatic top ups for student dinner money or register accounts can only be cancelled by the parent and carer who set it up, however, you can stop any further automatic payments being taken if required.

If you stop automatic top ups, only parents and carers linked to the student can set them up again.

  1. On Cashless Reconciliation or Register Activity, find the relevant student account.
  2. For accounts with Automatic Top Up Status as Activated
    • On Cashless Reconciliation, select Activated or Current Balance.
    • On Register Activity, select Activated or Balance.
  3. Select Stop Automatic Top Ups.
  4. Enter a Reason for stopping automatic top up:

The parent or carer who set up the automatic top up is sent a notification to let them know no further automatic payments are going to be taken, and to contact your organisation if they have any questions about why the top up was stopped.
