Send Reminders to Specific People

To remind specific parents, carers, or staff members to book clubs or order meals, send reminders in addition to any purchase window closes reminders already being sent.

  1. Go to Register Activity.
  2. Filter the details for the required register.
  3. Select the required students or staff members.
  4. Select Send Reminders.

    Reminders are only sent to parents, carers, and staff members who have an email address entered in IRIS ParentMail. To remind those who don't have an email address, contact them using another method, for example, paper copies.
