Change the Template Options for a Specific Date

If you only need to change a club or menu option for a specific date, edit the template on the required register schedule.

Before making any changes to a published schedule, you must cancel and refund any bookings or orders that have been paid for. Parents, carers, or staff members who have been refunded must be contacted about making their booking or order and paying for it again.

If changes are made to club or menu options on the schedule, the template used for the schedule is not updated . If the changes are required permanently for the template, you must edit the template, then replace the template on the schedule.

  1. Cancel and refund the bookings or orders already paid for.
  2. For the required register, select Actions, then Schedule.
  3. For the required week, select Un-Publish.
  4. For the required date, select Edit Day.
  5. Make the changes to the options, then select Save.
