Changing Added Templates on Schedules
Change register schedule templates when:
- The template was updated
- The added template and needs to be replaced with a different one
- A day needs to be replaced with a different type of template, such as blank or self choice
Before making any changes to a published schedule, you must cancel and refund any bookings or orders that have been paid for. Parents, carers, or staff members who have been refunded must be contacted about making their booking or order and paying for it again.
- Update the club or menu options in the template being used for the schedule.
- Cancel and refund the bookings or orders already paid for.
- For the required register, select Actions, then Schedule.
- For the required week, select Un-Publish.

Remove the existing template and replace it with the updated template:
- For day templates — Select Edit day, then Remove. On the date, select Add Day, then select the template.
- For week templates — Select Add Week, then the template.
