Update — 12th April 2022

IRIS ParentMail update available from 12th April 2022. This release includes the following new features and fixes for known issues:

New Features

• Unregistered Teachers Report — A list of teachers who don't have a connected IRIS ParentMail account, so that an Account Registration invite can be sent. Teachers must register their account to access Parents' Evening Manager booked video appointments

Fixes and Updates

• Resolved issues generating the Video Appointment Cost report for Parents' Evenings
• Parents' Evening permissions automatically assigned to registered staff members
• Verified User Changes report includes the Status of changes made to personal details
• When you import details that change personal information, an email is sent to the parent or carer who has a registered IRIS ParentMail account to approve or reject the changes
• When a parent or carer changes their email address when registering for IRIS ParentMail, the email address is updated
• Resolved issues with most recent items not being displayed in fulfillment
• Resolved text editing option issues for item descriptions
