Resending Registration Messages

New users added to IRIS ParentMail, whether manually or by import, are sent an invitation to register their details and create an account. If required, you can resend the messages at a later date.

Resend Registration Message to a User

Do the following:

  1. Go to Users > List.
  2. Select the relevant user.
  3. Select Actions then either Send Email Registration or Send SMS Registration depending on available contact details configured for that user.
  4. The message is sent immediately. Select OK to return to User Details.

Resend Registration Messages to all Not Connected Users

If you have multiple users showing as Not Connected in the user list, you can choose to resend registration messages to all. Do the following:

  1. Go to Settings > General, then General from the menu.
  2. Select Resend Email Verification or Resend SMS Verification.

    If these options are not available, go to Settings > Enable Email Verification or Enable SMS Verification and select Enable.

    Note that each registration message sent as a text, costs one text credit.

  3. The total registration messages sent is shown. Select OK to return toSettings.
