Video Appointments not Displayed for Staff Members

If teachers or staff members invited to a parents' evening does not have any booked video appointments displayed, you must check the following: 

  1. Video appointments are activated.
  2. For the parents' evening event they are invited to:
    1. In the parents' evening event Information section, Video is Yes.
    2. They are linked to an invited class.
    3. Parents and carers have booked video appointments with the staff member.
  3. For the staff member's IRIS ParentMail account:
    1. They have registered their account and it has Connected status.
    2. If they have more than one Connected account, add the duplicate account to the parents' evening event.
    3. They have permissions to access video appointments.
    4. They are logged into the IRIS ParentMail administration system for your organisation, not their personal feed.

If booked video appointments for the staff member are still not displayed, log a support ticket (a Service Cloud account is required) or select Live Chat to contact the Technical Support Team.
