Check IRIS ParentMail Account Status
To access information shared from IRIS ParentMail, such as parents' evening or event details, forms, or registers, parents and carers, and staff members must have registered for an IRIS ParentMail account.
- Search for the person's details.
- If the status displayed next to the person's name is Connected, they have registered correctly.
Accounts with Not Connected status are not registered. For the person to register, send them a registration link.
