Recall or Withdraw a Form
After a form has been sent, you cannot recall or withdraw it.
If you have sent a form in error or the information is incorrect, you can do the following:
- To remove the form in all recipients accounts, delete each recipient
- (Optional) Create and send a new form with the correct details
- (Optional) Contact any recipients that had already responded to the withdrawn form to advise they should complete the new one or that you recalled the form
Did you know?
If you have sent a form to a recipient that was not meant to receive it, you can delete them from the recipients list to remove the form in their IRIS ParentMail account, even if they have opened, read, or submitted responses. If you delete a form where recipients have responded, all responses are also deleted.
