Import Report Definition Files in SIMS

SIMS Schools Only

To export the SIMS data you want to import in IRIS ParentMail for the first time, the relevant downloaded report definition (RptDef) file from IRIS ParentMail must be imported in SIMS.

In SIMS: 

1. Go to Reports, then Imports.
2. Select Open.
3. Find and open the downloaded RptDef file.
4. Select Import.
5. If the import is successful, the Status changes to Imported.
6. Select Close.
