Security for Keylists

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, go to Maintaining Keylists.

To manage what users can access and how they can use Keylists, the relevant security must be set for the user group they are assigned to.

Permissions can be assigned by setting the security from the User Group Maintenance screen or the Keylists Maintenance screen.

Security Options for Keylists

For each listed option, all users in the group can be given permission to:

• Modify — Add new keylists and keys, edit details, and change settings.
