User Groups

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, go to Managing users.

Use User Groups to control user access and permissions for IRIS Financials applications and features. When a user is added to a group, they are automatically assigned the group security settings.

Default user groups are provided at installation that can be configured to suit your organisation's security preferences.
