Manage Security
This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, go to Applying Security and Assigning Access.
To determine the permissions applied to a user account, they must be assigned to a user group. If a user cannot access an IRIS Financials application or feature, check the user group security.
Use Security to:
- Provide access to other IRIS Financials applications.
- Choose which permissions users have for features, such as accounts, documents, ledgers, and nominals.
- Reset user passwords.
