Security for Menus

This guidance is only for IRIS Financials Version 7.0.2223 or later. If using version 7.0.2103 or earlier, go to Configuring access to menus.

To manage what users can access and how they can use Menus, enquiry screen document options, and LINKS panel options, the relevant security must be set for the user group they are assigned to.

Permissions can be assigned by setting the security from the User Group Maintenance screen.

Security Options for Menus

For each listed option, all users in the group can be given permission to:

To display all the items for each menu and set the security, expand the Path.
