Contact students and their contacts by email and sms

Use the Pupil Manager module to contact students, or their parents and other contacts, by email or text message. This is useful for sending out information quickly.

A number of options are available:

• Create E-Mail. Choose to send an email directly to students from your email service provider. It is not not recommended that you use this method as no record of the email is kept. Use the Email Wizard option instead as this allows you to review email addresses and logs the communication.

• Create SMS. Is it recommended that you use the SMS Wizard instead as this allows you to review mobile numbers before you send a message.
• Email Wizard.
• SMS Wizard.

Use the Contact Students' Teachers wizard to quickly send an email to staff and teachers linked to a student or group of students.
