Complete IRIS Pay setup
When you first signed up for IRIS Pay you supplied some basic details which enabled you to start taking payments. Before you can withdraw funds, you'll need to provide us with some more details (such as your bank account).
You can continue to take payments for 30 days or until you reach a temporary pre-defined limits (typically £1500 for sole traders and £2500 for limited companies). Once you've completed the set up you can withdraw funds and take an unlimited amount of payments.
It can take up to a maximum of 48 hours for your account to be reviewed and fully setup. This is typically achieved in a few hours.
From the IRIS Pay widget, select Complete setup.
What details do I need to provide?
The IRIS Pay set up wizard requests applicable details, which will vary depending on your business type:

Limited companies may also need to supply the details of a stakeholder together with incorporation documents and bank statements.
Why do you need these details?
We need your bank account details so that we know where to payout your funds to. The other details are required so that we can set up a Merchant Agreement which is a contract enabling you to accept payments from your customers. We only ask you for the minimum required information.
What happens next?
As soon as your details have been completed, your account will be reviewed. We'll contact you again as soon as everything is set up. You can continue to receive payments until your temporary payment limit is reached, or 30 days have passed since you signed up (whichever is sooner).
