Create an IRIS Elements Cashbook account for your clients
Use our free IRIS KashFlow Connect applications to manage your IRIS Elements Cashbookusers.
If you don't already have a IRIS KashFlow Connect account, sign up for free.

Log in to IRIS KashFlow Connect, go to the Clients and select Create Client.

Enter the Company Name and select Sole Trader as the Business Type.

Select This client needs access to IRIS Elements Cashbook, then select Next.

Select IRIS Elements Cashbook from the Package name list.

IRIS Accountancy Suite users - enter your Customer reference number (CRN) then select Verify to check that the CRN is valid.

IRIS Elements Tax and Accounts users - select Click here to connect to IRIS Elements …. Enter your IRIS Elements user-name and password. Once you've successfully logged in you'll return to the Payment Options dialog to assign IRIS KashFlow Connect to your clients.

Once the CRN is successfully verified or a connection to IRIS Elements has been successfully established, the licensing fee will be displayed as £0 + VAT. Select Create Client.

Select OK to accept the terms and conditions.

Once your clients are signed up, you can:

Take a look at your client's IRIS Elements Cashbook account.

Apply your practice branding to your client's account including a logo, colour themes etc.

Control the features and reports your clients can see.

Assign clients to your employees and define different views for each.

Enable clients to log in to IRIS Elements Cashbook via your practice website.
