Client access settings
With IRIS KashFlow Connect you can control which features you want to make available to your clients, and which options you'd rather they leave alone.
Client access defaults are applied based on the options in Settings > Client Access, however, you can alter the access setting for an individual client from their profile.

Go to Clients and select the client from the list.

Select Client Access Settings (key icon).
Client Permissions
Here you can set access to which elements of the software your client can and cannot see, For example, you might be happy for them to see the P&L but not want them to adjust their VAT settings. When you login through IRIS KashFlow Connect, these settings wont apply to you.
General
Here you can select to lock the following settings from being altered by the client:

Lock editing company details

Lock API settings
-
Send auto emails
-
Opt-out of branding

Lock nominal codes
-
Lock transactions by date
-
Lock transactions by date for specific bank account

Restrict receipt capture (automatic data extraction) for quick add sales invoice, purchase invoice and expense.
Allow Client Override: Selecting this option, where presented, will allow the client to disable transaction locking in their IRIS KashFlow account. You can prevent them from being able to do this by clearing the checkbox.
Reports
This list contains all the reports available in the IRIS KashFlow. If you clear the checkbox next to a report, it'll no longer be available for the client in the client’s Reports tab when the client signs in to IRIS KashFlow.
Settings
This list contains all the settings available in the IRIS KashFlow. IIf you clear the checkbox next to an item, it'll no longer be available for the client in the client’s Settings tab when the client signs in to IRIS KashFlow.
