Each client can have a number of jobs on them defining different work done for different years/periods. Each Job contains a profile of stages and these stages detail the work to be done for the client under that job from start to finish. This topic details the background setting for these Jobs used in the Job Tracking element of Pm. The jobs, when linked to Standard System Job Types have to be set up in a certain way, where as other jobs can recur to suit the needs of the practice.
With the Standard System Job Types details relating to Automatic Completions, which allow stages to be completed went certain events in other products are run, can also be entered.
With the jobs created Due Dates and staff member assignments can be made so the system automatically knows when certain stages are Due and who is responsible for them.
