Setting up PM jobs

PM jobs allow the tracking of how much work has been done or has to be done for a particular client. There are two types of PM jobs and these are ones that IRISPTP knows about at ones that IRISPTP does not. The jobs that IRISPTP knows about are the Standard System Job Types and these benefit from Automatic Completions and these are only available to these types of jobs.

Each job can have a unique profile made up of stages that define the start to the end of the job, and by completing each stage the progress of the jobs is tracked. When a job is marked as completed a prompt will appear for whether the next job recurrence should be created. Alternatively the Job Planning screen can be used to create multiple jobs.
