Standard System Job Types Automatic Completions

The automatic completions, which are available to the Standard System Job Types only, allow a reduction in the workload of the users of IRIS.

By activating one of the automatic completions from another product (for example running the Checklists) IRIS Practice Management will find the relevant job and complete the stage linked.

To include/change automatic completions on a job profile please see the Job Profile Maintenance help screens. Within here, details on inserting automatic completions on specific stages can be seen.

If job (or service) does not exist on a client then when an automatic event is triggered the job (and service record) will be created as well as the stage in question being completed.
