To access this screen, go to Launch | System Maintenance in the Staff Control Panel. Then select Practice | Job Types / Profiles. Then select the appropriate job type and click Profiles.
This screen shows the profile currently assigned against the job being viewed. The stages in here can be customised to suit and it is possible to Add, Edit, Delete and Re-Order existing stages. Details that can be changed vary from the description to the Due Dates and Automatic completions.
The group of stages in here show the profile that will be used for to define the work needed for each client, where the job is appropriate. It is recommend that the profile be decided on before job tracking is used. However it is possible to edit the stages afterwards and these details will automatically update all existing jobs.
