Support Entitlements

What are Support Entitlements?

Support Entitlements give contacts permission to engage with us for Technical Support.

Support Entitlements are linked to each contact, and lets our teams know who has been approved by your organisation to engage with us, and for which products. It is important that you keep your contact list and their Support Entitlements up to date.

You can use the Support Entitlements page in the IRIS Community to view, add or remove permissions for contacts.

You can add Support Entitlements in a few easy steps:

  1. Select New.

  1. Enter and select the contact as relevant.

  1. Enter and select the support entitlement as relevant.

  1. Select Save.

Or, you can remove Support Entitlements by following these steps:

  1. Select the drop-down arrow next to the contact as relevant.

  2. Select Delete.

  3. Select Delete again if you are happy to confirm.
