Remove a contact

You can use the Contacts page in IRIS Community to remove contacts.

  • Removing a contact: This removes access from the IRIS Community, removes them from your contact list and archives all historical data.

You can remove a contact in a few easy steps:

1) Select the contact name.

2) Select Edit.

3) Tick Remove this community contact.

3) Select Save.

When removing a contact, it is important to consider whether the contact had permissions to engage with us for Technical Support. To manage these permissions, go to Support Entitlements.
