Prospects
A prospect is a contact, client or business card that has an associated opportunity.
You can:
Add opportunities to a prospect
View prospects
The Prospects tab
The Prospects tab shows all current prospects, which you can filter by All, Opportunities and Just Business Cards.
Here, you can:

Select a prospect to view their details

Click Columns to define what information is displayed

Click Actions to open the prospect and add an opportunity or event

Click the star to pin the prospect to your My prospects page
Prospect lifecycle
The lifecycle of a prospect has many stages and depends on whether the prospect is new or whether it is linked to an existing client or contact.
