My ePay Window population and employer statistics

As a Payroll department User, you will now have access to a collection of charts, diagrams and data based on snapshot data extracts.

Depending upon your My ePay Window access rights you may not have permission to the statistics.

Employers have access statistics (for their own company) if you have created an employer user account.

Population Statistics – Employees

• Data is based on a last day of the calendar month data snapshot.

• Latest snapshot date is displayed on the page when selected.

Employer Statistics

• Data is based on a last day of the calendar month data snapshot.

• Latest snapshot date is displayed on the page when selected.

Pay Data Statistics

• Data is based on a last day of the calendar month data snapshot.

• Latest snapshot date is displayed on the page when selected.

ePayslips Upload

• Data is based on a daily (@midnight) data snapshot.

• Latest snapshot date is displayed on the page when selected.

Data can be displayed in the various charts for a single month or for a period.
