Printing pension letters for employees with no email address

You are required to be able to prove to The Pensions Regulator that the employee has received the legally required notificaions within the 6 week deadline (starting from the beginning of the pay reference period).

There are 2 methods you can use, depending on the number of employees without email addresses

• Printing pension letters if most employees don’t have an email address.

• Printing a single pension letter for an employee.
