Printing pension letters if most employees don’t have an email address

You are required to be able to prove to The Pensions Regulator that the employee has received the legally required notificaions within the 6 week deadline (starting from the beginning of the pay reference period)

When would you use this? 
If you have a number of employees who dont have an email address or you would like to print pension letters in bulk. You can print pension letters for single employees.

  1. Sign in to My ePay Window - www.myepaywindow.com.

  2. Select ePayslips.

  3. Select Pensions from the menu.

  4. Bulk select the employees on the list by selecting the heading checkbox, this will select all employees on the page.
    (You can remove any employees with email address)

  5. SelectDownload

  6. Repeat for each page.
