Inviting employees to My ePay Window
The process of inviting employees happens automatically when you first publish from payroll.
There are some important things to note:

Employees have 20 days to complete the registration. If this time limit lapses, a new invitation will need to be sent.
When you preform the first publish to My ePay Window, all employees information will be uploaded to the web portal - This includes leavers in the current year. All will then be sent an invitation to join. Remove the employees email address from payroll if you don’t want them to receive an invitation.
Good to know
Employee data on the My ePay Window portal is driven from payroll. This means that changes must be made in payroll and a publish completed before the portal can update.
